RE:RE:RE:RE:Why Would You Vote Against This Deal?Invest234 having a logical and civil discussion with you is like trying to play chess with a pigeon — it knocks the pieces over, craps on the board, and flies back to its flock to claim victory!

You continue to use the words ‘Lies and BS artist’ as euphemisms for anyone (apart from yourself) that departs from analysing and reporting on any officially public released information. All very entertaining however with all the easily refuted unsubstantiated and illogical off topic statements you make it just creates a chatroom full of ‘noise’ especially when most posters are looking for balanced viewpoints where they can make their own decisions.

For example:

You claim to reference as evidence for cash flow positive a zoom call from the same executive management team you accuse of as complicit in supporting a ‘YES” vote in the alleged CRIMINAL THEFT (your italics not mine) of SGI! Also, this hearsay reference is not audited, has not been lodged with exchange therefore has not been vetted or scrutinized. Regardless your ‘evidence’ fails to support a NET CASH POSITVE position as stated earlier one month of minor production increase is no reason to celebrate another ‘turnaround’ . SGI has only achieved its annual guidance once in six full years of gold production at the Plutonic gold mine! Furthermore, one must analyse the current all-in sustaining costs (AISC) not just cherry pick cash costs: AISC is having a negative effect on SGI’s profit and loss! This also excludes exploration and capital expenditures, loan repayments etc: which is further adding to a negative outcome on SGI’s cash flow! This is supported by independent research (which you never cite in your assertions) https://seekingalpha.com/article/4575080-superior-gold-white-knight-or-circling-vulture.

Shamelessly you allowed yourself to cherry-pick historical data in reference to ‘profit’ as a predictor for future performance but when others do it you in reference to a drop in net cash from $21m to $8m you deem it irrelevant or a lie.

Lastly you misrepresent and take right of context my position on Auramet. I was referring to the types of required funding needed (due to the above cash position) . SGI IMO have a choice of either debt or equity raising. Given that Auramet has 1st dibs on SGI assets it is likely that SGI (if the T/O bid fails) will need to ask for an extension and increase in loan facilities or go out for a CR. Either way  if your long awaited 'turnaround' or 'transtion' is not consisitently positive SGI IMO will be history.
