at this time we don't want a slightly better deal with cyl or to be acquired by another miner when sgi shareprice is near 52 week low. we don't want any merger at all when the shareprice is this low! wait one year when sgi is showing a profit with this high gold price and when sgi shareprice is near 52 week high, then reconsider if there is any benefit from a merger. most likely a simple jv with cyl would be much better than massive dilution from merger.
