RE:vote no you are making the big assumption that all those trades would be yes votes, and are not traders buying and selling to net zero shares with zero change in votes. there is a buyer and seller in every trade. why can't the seller be a former yes voter who gave away his right to vote yes? why can't the new buyer be an investor who wants a multi-bagger so will vote no?
i bought more shares and will definitely vote NO with those. that already contradicts the big assumption that all those shares traded would be yes votes.
a million shares traded is only a small percentage of the 123 million shares outstanding, which means most sgi shareholders have not been trading their holdings. no need to add to the already existing extreme fear with more worst case guesses and assumptions.
