ROFL. The "endorsements" were on February 22nd. Since then

the deal has apparently attracted ZERO support from other institutions.  Only #2 shareholder Greywolf, announcing they'll vote NO.

Greywolf has $4B under management, and specializes on turning around distressed assets.  They could clean house and set SGI back on it's feet, financially, with their loose change.

Dream on. They would rather pull it apart and sell it bit by bit and run over whoever is in the way. Them puiblicly announcing a no vote is staged. They want the attention for some reason....
