Then they have cash on hand of about 1.8 million + in cash and their properties etc. Stiill currently seling for under cash and

Yes, indeed. I did the math last Thursday, Spruce was worth 0.125 USD & traded at 0.13 USD. But now it is worth 0.161 USD but closed at 0.149 USD. It is trading below liquid value. I call that a bargain, but with only an average of 9,900 shares traded per day in the OTC, it is hard to take advantage of without moving the price. It is a good value for a nibble.
