CNC dividend

I went through the various press releases of the last few months and can't find what i'm looking for. But I seem to recall that the covenants with CNC which keep SHL from distributing the remainig 5.5M CNC shares expire at the end of March this year.
Can anyone confirm or infirm?

CNC shares received for Crawford deal are being held in escrow and released 1.5M at a time Aug and Feb until Feb 2023.  From Feb 22, 2021 release: "Spruce Ridge has 2.1 million free trading Canada Nickel (CNC) shares. The balance of six million shares is held in escrow with 1.5 million shares to be released in August, 2021, and February and August, 2022, and the final 1.5 million

No. These are dates shares released from escrow - SHL has made no announcement or decision to dividend anymore shares to shareholders - that's not to say they won't in the future but have yet to commit.  They will also get more CNC shares through NOB holdings when NOB dividends 3.5M CNC shares to shareholders including SHL.  IMO all eyes on CNC and pending strategic investor

Oh yeah escrow. Whoops, was late when I read that. Keeping CNC shares for SHL, or divvying them out, win-win either way. Somewhat o/t but weird that it only showed 1.5k as the volume today. It was certainly more than that. My purchase at .11 isn't showing up on TMX

I see 70K volume on stockwatch.com most on Alpha exchange.
