Hole 118 is the hole that started all the recent excitement on March 16th. Two days later Eric Sprott announced his further investment in NFG at $5.25 and a couple days after that he invested in Sokoman SIC. He invested a further $15 million in NFG and $5 million in SIC within days of that hole. And there had been a lot of holes drilled around hole 118 since that release a month ago. That was the deepest hole to date at the Keats Zone so obviously they liked what they saw in that hole. 13.7 meters of 62 g/t is beautiful but I'm thinking they hit more of the good stuff when they intersected the Appleton fault. Just sayin

  • The interval of 61.8 g/t Au over 13.7m in NFGC-21-118 is a 21m down-plunge step-out to the south from the previously furthest south intercept of 29.1 g/t Au over 11.4m in hole NFGC-21-104 (see NFG press release March 1, 2021 ) and is the deepest intercept drilled to date at Keats.
  • Drill hole NFGC-21-118 is still being drilled and is targeted to intersect the Appleton Fault Zone. The hole is currently at a depth of 581m . Assay results from the balance of this hole will be reported when received.
