RE:PiedmontI'd go as far as saying it's a double. We get to rid our hands of this property, spend nothing on exploration, and if this goes into production, we will reap the rewards in the form of our NSR and ownership stake. 

Had early results been absolutely stellar AND if the market conditions were better, we may have seen a homerun, but that's a moot point. 

I am more than happy with this deal as it's quite clear Piedmont would not have taken a shot on this property if they did not see big time potential in it. They will fast track this into production and then the residual benefit will be had. 

Oh and how could I forget the elephant in the room. We can now focus on Moosehead!
