RE: Hell-bent on keeping this sp down until tommorow ???

Tomorrow we  know  If ES  wil  put  fresh money into  SIC  via  wt  exercise.

The other  option  to let wts expire or sell into friendly hands  that  have  managed the  price  in advance  of crosses  to take up this  potential float increase.  Pre arranged  crosses in the  event  of a no  from  vote tomorrow.

That  is  why  I see the  price  being  managed,  winding  up a spring   for the  potential exchange  of shares.

This  was  predictable  which  I  mentioned  at  first  seeing the  placement  details... and existing  wt  details and existing  share position  of  ES.  The  present  situation unplesent  but  predictable and  self  inflicted. The  tail waging the  dog.

stockwatcher. According to the SIC press release dated March 30, 2021, Sprott can exercise the warrants he recieves 24 months after the closing date of the private placement (with each warrant entitling him to purchase SIC shares at a price of 0.40 per share. According to SIC's press release dated April 6, 2021, the private placement has been closed, so assuming it closed on April 6, 2021 ...more

No you are not correct since warrants have a 4 month hold from closing first of all. Any warrant holder can exercise the warrants anytime after that prior to expiry in 24 months. Most sane people will exercise when the warrants are in the money and Sprotts warrants are all such. However he has a 4 month hold on latest PP warrants and is free to exercise on any and all prior warrants. BC

BC, thanks for the clarification.

You're only partially correct.  Sprott does not have to wait 24 months to exercise his warrants. That 24 months is merely the time of expiration for the warrants. He can exercise the warrants once the 4 month holding period expires, provided the exercise doesn't take him beyond 20% ownership, and if he has not been voted approval (by shareholders) as  a control person.  ...more

Trading will likely be quiet until tomorrow and the results of the meeting is disseminated. The results were good, not NFG good, but good for the depth we are at. GLTA

I agree completely. To many on this board, I would take the trading action today and in recent days with a large grain of salt. Tommorrow a lot of uncertainty will be lifted. Have not a had a chance to listen to the Tim video but will a bit later today.  BC

I didn't keep my package about the meeting but I believe Eric has agreed not to exercise those warrants

He cant exercise  any wts to put  him over the  20% untilll he gets approvale  or  sells  some  shares  making  room  for the  newly created  shares.   I viewed  that statement  as confirmation of   ES having  SIC in a tight  spot. When the  share  price  ran up to the 40,s  ...more

"I didn't keep my package about the meeting but I believe Eric has agreed not to exercise those warrants" ...  Partially true.   Eric agreed not to exercise those warrants "without first obtaining shareholder approval for the creation of a control position."
