What is going on in the USA today with SIC volume!!??

Maybe normal, but, was a quiet day, churning a few 1000 shares up to about 40K
Suddenly, in the lasat 45 minutes, there have been about 520K shares traded, and 
the pice has been up and down about 8% a few times.

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell spoke after a meeting of the Federal Reserve Open Market Committee meeting this afternoon.

Today was a really low volume day for Sickoman. With a low volume day and people over reacting to Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's statments it would not take vary much to move the needle on Sokoman's share price. It was the same thing across all the miners today.  This drop had nothing to do with Sokoman in particular.  After Powell spoke markets and gold fell back
