they are not in the oprhan ... they are in the mid of permitting.... from today: "The primary outcome of the Readiness Decision Stage is the issuance of a Readiness Decision by the Chief Executive Assessment Officer. Iguess you didnt look at that  information I  posted.....  Clearly SPA has followed that visualization graphic..... They all  follow this  timeline..... MOZ at the  same  situation  at starting  development  should  soon  break as they are actually breaking ground  but still stuck in the  muck  of  orphan status. Spa ...more
