Continues the analysis in commissions
The plenary commission of deputies received a Chilean specialist who directs the Center for the Study of Copper (CESCO) for details on the trans-Andean country's experience in mining.
The Commissioner of Public Works, Law, Economics and Environment received Juan Carlos Guajardo, director of CESCO, an organization that is dedicated to the study of copper mining in Chile.
Liliana Vietti (UCR), who chaired the meeting, explained that the intention of the meeting was to meet the Chilean experience, especially on "coexistence between different scales mining and agriculture and viticulture."
In this sense, Guajardo asked if Chile had had some criticism from international organizations to obtain agricultural products from nearby mining projects.
On this the guest replied that "there were problems at a time with the discovery of cyanide in grapes," but then "it was determined that the cyanide was inoculated.

The purpose of the plenary meetings is based on analysis of the file containing the ratification of the Joint Resolution No. 19 of the Directorate of Mining and Environmental Protection Directorate of the Ministry of Environment, which authorizes the conduct of a mining project San Jorge concentrator plant.
