It also holds Hercules Gold Project, which consists of 1,323 unpatented mining claims and four patented mining claims covering approximately 100 square kilometers of prospective Walker Lane geology.

If someone's having trouble understanding ppb, just think of as "parts 'something' per billion parts 'something else". So, 1 cat in a billion dogs = 1ppb "cats". (that would likely be one dead cat!)

1 billion grams of earth is 1102.3113 tons (short). So, the comparable unit of measure were all used to seeing is 210g Au/1102.3113 t earth = 0.19g Au / ton.
