Unforunately i think the stuff that ELW has been looking at has already traded hands.

Huge risk owning this right now with no assets, overvalued paper that is coming free trade where guys are sitting on a 6x still. This stock isn't interesting until it dips into the 50s.

I'd be cautious. Just wait for the deal and buy the stock then. Why own the shell at these prices now? Makes no sense.
