Yes, but two months later they would not have been able to fleece the poor investors that ended up with the concurrent bought-deal financing.


They should've just done a raise, and sat back and waited.... I guess they figured an asset purchase would put a floor under the share price... whoops. Why anyone would buy a $.375 financing when 250 MILLION shares issued at $.10 were about to come free trading is beyond me. Unless those who participated in the $.10 financing agreed to also take down the recent one. At any rate, I'm patient on the bid waiting for the inevitable retail share puke-up... right before they take it back up of course, same as it ever was....
