Where is the BOTTOM? 8C ??

The bottom of elw usually would occur before oil bottoms. So waiting unto oil hits its low, and there WILL BE A LOW.....is too late to get in elw at its low. I can not imagine this going lower but maybe it can? Why? I would love to interview all the sellers today and ask them WHY they are selling at these ridiculous low prices. They must actually think prices are going lower???
