The spike high at .24 is more likely the first problem.  Put the h&s and the spike high together and good place to take a few bucks i guess.  You never can tell though volume was pretty low back in late 2011 so it might just blow through this.  Certainly a much bigger block at .27.  If you can get it at .17 would be worth a small risk. At .18 leave me out.
