RE:RE:MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
darn auto correct...ntar uplisted to Toronto not unlisted...OTC highest tier qx not tax...grrr...and yes the OTC is in New York...psychologically speaking I think of proximity to the US Main Exchanges Nasdaq hello. I would heavily be in favor of the OTC route vs the Venture one but inevitably for all exchanges you list on you have to pay and from what I have been reading the yearly fee if I am understanding is about 1 to 1.5 million so for companies that are growing and if they hit tail wind south when being uplisted find they cant support the expense they unlisted. This happened to a few one escapes my mind and a fairly strong one oh I think it was...the company that owns Studio B forgetting its name and that too it was changing it...grr but it got off the American one which I believe was Nasdaq...Dhx Media got it!!! I missed big on that...nearly bought in at .75 went beyond 10 bucks will look it up given I mentioned it (lol) but I honestly think the OTC route is the better. Sphere 3d was on the venture and just listed on Nasdaq so there is that danger if it doesnt stay on a Canadian exchange which becomes a pain of sorts as you will then have an American only account and to convert monies it costs you. There are some things to mail over no doubt. Whichever way people vote they vote and I will just continue to follow my strategy regardless even though I have given my preference for why I have stated.
