More on Sardine Hill.

More on Sardine Hill. After reading the news items on Sardine Hill. I am not sure that the deal will stick.

The deal made national news for over a month. The discussion was not favorable. It appears that the President used his executive privilege to give the property to a person working in his office and the former(?) commissioner of mines.
From reading the articles it seems that the abuse of executive privilege for personal gain is a real issue and a violation of the country's constitution. Next year is an election year and Sardine Hill may become easy political ammunition for an opposition party seeking office. Alternatively, there appears to be legal grounds to seek the cancelation of the Sardine Hill prospecting licence.
