As for C300, much ado about nothing. It would deny export bank of canada funding and canadian pension monies to companies who fail to meet certain human rights and mining standards applicable in NA. It also gives the authorities the power to investigate claims against companies which violates those rights, however frivolous (likely to be high in number- definition- keeping a beaurocrat busy).
Now, you like to do research. And good for you. Perhaps you can go and research what types of mining methods Rexma is undertaking in Marudi Mountain. If you research correctly, I am sure you will find something that would be positive and unique to south american gold mining methods.
