Conflict of Interest

Conflict of InterestThe Mahdia Gold news release dated November 27 2009 available on SEDAR includes a photo of Glenn O'Gorman and David Bending with the CEO of Mahdia visiting their project in Guyana.

Were both these men not directors and officers of SMH being paid full time by SMH to look after the interests of SMH in Guyana? And here I thought SMH directors had a fiduciary obligation to act in the best interest of the SMH shareholders.
