the real test is look at how many shares the insiders own. 

the report shows the ceo only owns 1 million or so shares (not including options).  Directors only own a few thousand shares each. 

here is an idea,  go to the meeting and speak your peace.  if you cant go, give your proxy to someone who thinks the same way, can go and send them. 

wallster owns almost 10 million shares.  maybe there is that much or more with shareholders who are concerned.
