AGM

AGMAccording to my friend who attended this is a good day for Shoreham,

now Guyana Frontier Mining Corp.

The big shake up was Mr. Dale Wallster with legal team in tow attended and was successful in kicking the old board of Directors to the curb.  The new board now consists of David Jenkins (he was kept on because of his experience being a geologist), Brian Walker (a businessman and Director of Hellijet in Vancouver, Neil Allen (a member of Peoples Trust and an IT type), Warren Stanner (Mulgravian insider and employee).

All other motions passed but were stalled when the Wallster group voted against the changing of the Articles of the Company.  This is a minor issue and most likely will be resolved locally.

My friend tells me that Dale Wallster was clearly in charge of this meeting and that it appeared that this was a blind side to the Shoreham Directors who were absent with the exception of George Orr who left immediately once it became clear what was happening.  Walster even addressed the shareholders present and let it be known that the company was solid and was expected to be a leader in Guyana shortly.

I am told that there was little doubt that Bending cut his best deal possible at the last moment and will stay on as CEO but not a Director.  In short he works for Mr. Dale Wallster now and Bending will be doing solely the geology of the company if he elects to carry on.  What apparently is important Wallster has a credible team around him in Mulgravian Resources and can actually get this done.

Rumor has it also that Wallster has brought a major into this who is going to take a position in the company and a large financing is forthcoming.

Hang onto your hats and stock guys maybe we might see something yet.
