RE: RE: Where were the regulators?As stated in the information circular, it is the responsibilitiy of management to solicit proxies for the AGM.

Unfortunately for his fellow directors, DB finds administrative duties too mundane to be worth his time and attention.

If only 34% of shares were voted, then it would only have required 17% to maintain control.

It is ironic that the one person that was responsible to solicit the proxies and did not is the only one to keep his position.
