I am not impressed with Bending's progress with SMH over the last 3 years, but I won't go as far as stating that SMH does what you suggest. Saying something like that is very close to liable, if not totally liable and in today's environment, you can't hide if they want to address it.
Lets keep to the facts. Wanting management to leave based on perceived performance, or lack thereof is one thing, suggesting payola is another.
It also doesn't help the stock.
