your warrants from august 20, 2008 will be out of the money unless the sp goes above 35 cents by february. from today's trading, it is possible that you and your group will be able to exercise in the money.
you can choose to sell some shares to buy the warrants, and that might make sense. but remember, the higher the price the more you will make by exercising, so tell your buddies not to sell so low.
