RE: DEMOTE BENDING TO EXPLORATION GEO

RE: DEMOTE BENDING TO EXPLORATION GEONow hold on a minute.  Do not be too harsh here. DB has acquired a good number of great properties in Guyana, so give credit where it is due.  What he hasn't done is get to work and therein lies his fault.  He needed help but either did not want it or refused to go get it.  Even when Glen O'Gorman was alive the company needed a Operations Officer who could get everything in order, budgets out, regulatory matters dealt with, you name it.  They did not have it.  Greg MacRae tried but was unable to do it and I suggest that DB does not play well with others in that he likes control, hates confrontation, and refuses to share information, so his Board was not even meeting is my guess.

Now however they do.  Stanyer is that guy and he will do a good job.  He has a solid board around him and has his CEO / President on a real short leash.  David has to get the job done now and use his skills and now that he is being told what to do just watch as this company moves forward.  This is good for the company and good for David.

So gang watch as we end the year on a high note, and get ready for a very aggressive early 2011 as we see drilling and results.
