My reasons for saying this entire management team needs to be replaced from Bending down to the office guy in Langley. And to think there are continuing courses and seminars etc., that company officials can go to and learn to do it correctly, but this bunch - not a chance. And if they did they never paid attention.
Come on Dale Wallster. You must read these boards or someone in your firm does, so step out, declare you are going to take it all over and replace the board etc., and lets get on with some actual work in Guyana.
