However not for the life of me can i take a position, the shares outstanding is crazy, and if they were to advance this at this price the dilution of addition shares would be quite significant. It seems most likely a reverse split makes just too much sense, 3-1, 5-1, 10-1. For longs it has zero impact on shareholder value but lessons the dilution further out. it just tends to a more credible play and i think it would see more investors jump in, if the reverse split plays out which seems logical, i would probably be interested in a spec play but otherwise ill just watch, good luck from the rock, heading to Labrador for 2 weeks on monday,,,  ESKER BOUND..

With Search being so active and with their plans being so agressivley aimed at getting to the production stage there is 1% chance for a reverse split. It makes zero sense. A reverse split would turn off existing investors as well as any potential ones as is the case in most similar cases. Search has a moderate amount of shares out and definatelly not a 'crazy' amount.
