What is going on in the Big Land?

The resignation of the COO and the termination of the CEO less than a week apart have to be connected ...don't they?

I am pretty sure there is a connection. What puzzles me is that the outgoing CEO has been with the company for 14 years. What is going on? And on another note: Is this company so interesting that it warrants further investigation? I fell over this company because it has a high level of insider participation. Any comments? Not good. A COO comes on, resigns in a year. Three days later, the Board let's their CEO (the face of the company with 14 years experience) go. This company is evidence that a compny is only as good as its management. My read is the primary investor (an emtrapreneur) and the scientist (working on extraction technology) are running the show. Long term and investor interests are suffering

Yet up 50% today LOL.... THey probably needed to shake thigns up since this looks to be moving full speed ahead now... the COO and CEO obviously didn't have what it takes.  Can't wait for this to really take off and show us what they can do!!! GLTA

I agree Anti. There are a few  subtleties though. Andrews was the lead on  securing  the $5M from government. (Well, I'm not sure what that means .... he was in the right company at the right time). I believe they brought on the COO last year to complement Andrews' deficiencies. Which makes sense considering the important role he played in the last 6 or 7 years - give the

I completely agree additionally.  And with the news of the new Volkswagon gigafactory for batteries in Ontario they know they need North American derived critical minerals in their components to get into that USA market.  I have a feeling supply contracts will follow soon with SMY.  This is one of those markets that's brand new and incredibly complex.  I think this stock is
