RE: New from Feb 26 Hole 150 is nice, but the other ones? Not so much.
They kept the best holes last.
The next 2 batches should be very good, focusing on the central part of the deposit. Maybe with these holes will they be able to attract attention.
I must admit I'm intrigued as to why they are starting the pea at this point. Let's say we reach 500 000 oz total in the next 43-101, that's not a lot of oz to build a mine...even though the grade is good. IMHO, they should have waited another round of drilling, where they could have brought the deposit closer to the 700 000 oz mark. The thing is, with 500 000 oz, you'll have to produce probably 80 000 oz/year to be economically viable, but that's only LOM of 6 years. If it takes you 3.5 years of payback.....not much left.
Anyway, I'm just speculating, but the bottom line is I think they should have waited another 6 months to start the PEA. Again, I realized that once they have that, they'll be able to get the attention of bigger players.
