No... that isn't what I am saying.. I am saying that SNV's primary focus is Heavy "cold flow" oil... that is what got their foot in the door and what their license with the saladin province (?) is for... However If memory serves IF they strike any light oil there is a possibility that they would get first refusal on a light oil exploration license...That being said I am under the impression that the light oil is below the heavy oil so Unless they purposely overshoot their target chances are SNV wil be a heavy oil producer... This is the OIl BIZ... and no one can say what will happen when the bit starts turning...
