I was thinking, even if they were to release a good RR... could they even find a buyer if the partner refuses to move forward on anything? Clearly anyone invested would do enough DD to see how long this has taken and dig deeper into why. Unless they can buyout the whole works, but who knows if that is even legally possible with Indonesian connection that was required in the first place to get the deal.
