I was told directly from Sonoro that no re start of wells can start on the PSC without a JOA so if things have changed this going to be huge...was also told no reserves without a JOA but we know how that worked out for 2 years

Do you know what JOA stands for? Why would we not need a JOA.......if we were not :"joint"?
