Well, if they don't use them then I'm sure the company will issue another PP at a higher price which will mean less dilution. Wouldn't that be nice even if it's unlikely.

As we see the share count increase so does the market cap. The companies value is increasing just not the share price. Looks like the market is looking for more substantial news.

Im thinking the .12 warrants get called next at some point after January 2nd and maybe after a couple juicy news releases. Follow the breadcrumb trail.
