Unfortunately, the difference in the "blackout" between no progress and imminent halt and announcement is exactly the same..............except of course run on shares due to loose lips which SNV has a history of. But, I've seen enough over the years to know there is always the exception. Regardless, news is due for well #2. GLTA!
