No insider report so far, so its most likely from warrants. 1.3 million total shares traded since the 20th and using an avergae price of 0.15 the total value is only $195k. It looks to me like whoever exercised the warrants did not sell any of it to pay for it. Positive indicator. Lets hope we get news of license/drilling soon.

Maybe its this batch of $0.10 warrants, which were extended to May 31, 2024. Sonoro also announces that it has extended the term of its 5,157,921 warrants priced at 7 and 7.5 cents currently expiring May 26, 2023 and 7,000,000 10 cent warrants currently expiring May 31, 2023. Both tranches of warrants will be extended for one year. The extension is subject to final approval of the TSXV. The

Warrants are RIGHTS given to the warrant holder to buy shares from the company at a preset price. The RIGHT to do this has a time limit after which it expires. The number of shares one can buy with the warrants are also preset. That is 1 warrant for 1 share, 1 warant for 0.5 share etc. With some larger companies, the warrants can be traded like stocks.
