Not necessarily. It was red and dead all day, and for whatever reason the bid got motivated at the close. We'll see what tomorrow brings but it's somewhat positive that someone felt the need to get in now, and some rumours started kicking around at lunch.

If there is news shortly and the SP moves up accordingly, the technicals on this looks perfect as we would be bouncing off the 200MA @0.115.
