For those of you who may be concerned, like i was, please be advised
that, obtaining permission for a consolidation only means, that they
will have permission if they find in the future, that a consolidation will
be necessary, to obtain the almighty dollar. If they don"t get permission
now, it will mean that they will have to call a special meeting later if
necessary, but then it may not be 8-1, instead up to 8/1. Anyway, we can
relax for the time being as i have also found out that things are going really
well, so we continue to wait & to wait.
