Consolidation

Consolidation

Over the last year this stock has lost around 75% of its value and if you have held longer than 52 weeks you are down more than that. I hve never been involved in a reverse split which ended up working out in my favor in the long run so since I am already down significantly I don't really see how a share consolidation is beneficial. I don't have much left to lose.

Shareholders always figure that a consolidation is a done deal. The top 7 holders do control about 21% of the shares but the rest are controlled by retail investors. It is possible to win a vote like this one. I was just involved in a 40-1 reverse split from SCG and the shareholders banded together on this site and probably others and were successful in voting down the consolidation.

Whether you are for or against the consolidation then take the two minutes to go on-line and vote and make a difference.

From cnbc here is info on the top 7 holders:
