They say "cream rises to the top" I guess Soho only has sour cream. I still wonders how many more decades it will take for Ralph to get this thing into production. I think the bull will be over before that happens.

I heard they were waiting for the pp money to come in. If that is the case, would it be an indication,that some may be second thinking putting up their cash for this project ,or is the cash being sentby Pony Express, or is SOHO waiting for Ben Bernanke to start the printing press.
