Promotion, new
 
Possible production start 2028-29 ???
By then, will Sirios be strong enough to take on the whole thing?

Promotion, a possible partner, an improvement in the value of the share to seek financing, etc.

It was about time for promition but little bit too late my own opinion.  Strategic investor to follow?  But when and which price?  The reason of a low SP ? Time will tell but not too long please.  Also Aquilon for 2-3 years.  Only time will tell here.
