Build, Own and Operate - Basic understanding for starters

Build, Own and Operate - Basic understanding for startersSolar was offered the possibility to provide up to 10% in equity in the project. Typically, big projects that don't have all the cash can offer to their main partners the possibility to be an investor in the project.

That is why we see 10% in the NR that some may be mixed up...Solar can provide up to 10% in equity to GreenData who is responsible for raising the cash (equity & debt accordingly to their strategy).

This doesn't mean Solar will invest. They have the possibility.

Cheers
David
