STEADY SP DECLINE!!!The only reason your going to see any movement here for the next couple weeks is because the markets are going to lose trading days because of the holidays.You are right about 1 thing tho i do want to see the SP keep going down because in 2024 wnen BIG BANK has to renew all those mortgages at higher rates,those markets are coming down.and they will come DOWNbecause the BOC has proven without a doubt they are not interested in anything but BRINGING INFLATION DOWN no matter the cost!!! So ya i want NEW INVESTERS(OR ANY INVESTERS) to hold off,because those people are going to SCORE when it happens!!!!
