Ceo added more skin in the game by participating on the PP at the given price .. 

CEO Michael Clark participated in the offering through the acquisition of 184,000 units for the aggregate price of C$77,280. 

anything another 42 cents, should be a steal now .. watch when they close this PP ..

Right,i also know that last time warrant were due to be payed out SOLR didn t pay on time,people had to wait and when they could they dumped them IMMEDIATELY!!!.1 thing i could never figure out about a warrants (Why would i pay .60 for warrants when SP is in low 40s???)Now if the SP was at lets say @.70 and they were being offered @.60 that would be a deal to me cause the SP is climbing,however to

Warrants in Solr in 24 months rate of 60 cents .. attached to the recents PP .. within 2 years if warrants ion the money say Solr at 1 buck .. the warrants holders has the option to exercise the warrants at 60 cents since the stock trading at a buck ., they in the money for 40 cents ..

This is why I think with recent PP at 42 cents and 60 warrants.. Those institutional investors it is in their best interest to bring the stock up to insure they In the money in their warrants .. if they long here they wait for 60 cents to dispose their holdings and just hold the warrants derisking their play ..  Hopefully they push this to 60 cents in given time !!

Probably right,but i also think alot of shorts work for these institutions, like what just happen on the last NR $60 million signed with another $100 million perhaps on the table,the institutions could have gobbled that up,but they didn t,so thats why i think the risk is no different.

Solr is a penny stocks , if the insiders want to uplist this nasdaq the valuations would be much higher ..  Since most contracts and business is done in the US most likely we will see uplist in US sometimes in future..

Right,what i don t understand and i ve been asking myself,why isn t the company being asked to be  re evaullated now and get the results and the sell warrants .60 it would be a more appealing buy,in stead of asking for the .60 when the sp is falling??

They have time to exercise this 24 months.. within the time period if stock is over 60 cents they can cash in .. you not buying the stock because of the warrants the fundamentals of the company as they entrench the balance sheet with close to 6 millions additional cash and with 60 millions contracts.. Biden green strategy will also give a torque here as well ..

I thought it was a year and the had to be over  $1,so some good info ther. I still think of warrants is a way for company to ask for a loan,only difference between myself and the bank is,the bank know what the monies are for,cheers

If you play the market long enough you see they needed to do a PP to execute the 60 millions contracts.. I just think now should be an infliction points here , unless the market corrects .. since they have enough cash to execute their operational plans ..
