I'm sure gold can be manipulated both up and down, but we've had a 10 year cup formation with a 14 month handle so I'm looking forward to $3000 gold according the depth of said cup.
What I'm interested in is with gold likely to rise, will folks still risk tax loss selling season if we start an uptrend. 

As far as SPA is concerned, they should have some backlog of news according to their milestone chart presentation and previous news releases no?  How bout an actual announcement that the Feasability Study is officially underway instead of having to tease it out of the lines of the previous releases.
