This is what I like to see: members of the BoD and insiders with skin in the game. At the AGM, always vote against any BoD member who does not own shares in the company they supposedly are "helping" to manage. As far as SPA is concerned, Mr. Janes obviously is reading the signals that Larry is giving with regards to good things coming down the pike. Insiders now own 20% of this
