If employees have contractual obligations/duplicated positions for a certain amount of time then it's usually best to finish out the contracts and look where you are and deal with it at that point which is what they did. They are growing very fast which is difficult in and of itself. If any company would be proactive it would be Snipp. Look what they have done up to this point. It's remarkable to be honest. Nobody is happy where the stock price is but if Snipp continues this path, you will be one happy shareholder at some point in the near future. Just my two cents...
