All insults aside from a few. Would SPN be better off if a 15-1 RS happened; we join a real exchange and then maybe this company obtains a better valuation of it's worth? I myself am averaged at 12 cents; should have sold when I had a double up but now after 3 years sitting at even par. If we hit 15M in revenue for the year, shouldn't the valuation be more around 75-90M; i.e. 6.25 x 15

The company based on their many irons in the fire, including Gambit and Bally should easy generate USD $ 20 M.  This is based on the assumption that these deals are accreditive to revenues and earnings. Otherwise what was it all for with the massive dilution ? The valuation calculation you did did not account to divide this by the total number of shares
