So, does any of you believe that they will publish or file their Q1 2023 numbers within (5) working days after releasing their annual one? We might see unaudited Q1 numbers this week, right?

yes as its unaudited - i would wager that its ready and they could even do it today if they were allowed to.

Should be today, if they are following their schedule (even though, it was suppose to be for audited #'s) they should release their unaudited Q1 numbers in order to match the 5 working days after the release if the 2022 #'s. Will see, their auditor might have issues with getting info from the previous auditor group about the 500K or so not being in the right column...this is such a

they told me they can only release the Q1 once the audited financials come out. but they are ready to release the Q1 now - but are not allowed to

Does anyone know off-hand who their auditor is? Yes, I can look it up ..... I'll target the 25th, lol. The problem is we are so far into this it makes me wonder back in May/June, they didn't even start to audit, they could not have. Dates missed 3 times now; who keeps guessing on dates - the auditor? Is the auditor even showing up each day? When did they actually start? I'd like to

I think they will be ready by Dec.2023.  The new accounting firm is deciphering the "dead sea" scrolls that SNIPP was using and now have to put in plain language.  What a joke to be still waiting for the financials from this company.  This is not normal by any means.  Something is not right. Certainly gives zero confidence to investors. Many will be running for the

So...what now? Will they spend the whole week without publishing their number and without a press release? Will they have, at a minimum, some decency, and provide the shareholders with a press release explaining why they'll be late again? Or......will they surprise everyone by finally releasing the audited numbers??? In the meantime, the bets are open. GLTA

Why would you want a press release this week anyway. Everyone is away on vacation no one here to see it. Better to wait until things would start up sometime in the fall.

It has nothing to do with the 'timing' Enriko. This is not a new contract news or a seminar they are putting together. They have to report their financials in a timely manner and so far, well, they have miss the boat numerous time and this (like many have said already) looks very bad.
